We at minispy.in. work hard to provide our customer with the latest products at impeccable quality and amazing prices. if you are not satisfied with product design quality simply return/exchange the product within 24hrs of delivery.

. Return/exchange request need to be within 24hrs. of the delivery of product.
. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.Perishable goods such as flowers,cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or
sanitary goods, hazardous materials.
. Refund will be provided to the customer if product found defective and we are not able to replace it with new product.
. In case if you have received a wrong product from our site, Please contact to our customer care number within 24 hours and please share Unboxing Video
at support@minispy.in.
. In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and original packaging and tags in place when you send us
the product back.
. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days.
. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping charge for returning your item. Shipping charge are non-refundable if you receive a refund, the cost of
return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on where you live,
. If our product arrived damaged/rotten, Please report us within 24 hours of product delivered to you. We will replace it with new product after pickup of previous.
product. Please note that after 24 hours damage product will not be eligible for replacement.
. Reverse Pickup will be arranged by us if defective product is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. if defective product is reported after 24 hours
then please send back the product to our return address through any courier. we will dispatch the new product after receiving previous product.
. In case of exchange of product with different size/model, customer will have to pay Rs.300-600 for the Exchange Panalty  charge.

Reverse Pickup will be arranged In case of exchange of product with different size/model, customer will have to pay Rs.150-250 for the Reverse pickup  charge.

Refund are made as follows
. Bank transfer from account to customer account.
. Transfer via paytm.
. Other payment option as available.

COMPANY RESERVES RIGHT FOR 24HOUR REFUND POLICY .CUSTOMER IF FURTHER HAS ANY DISCREPANCIES, CAN MOVE LEGAL JURISDICTION IN NOIDA JURISDICTION ONLY.
